Data Science for Environmental Applications
The Data Science for Environmental Applications Certificate is a nine-month online program geared towards those pursuing a career in data analysis and modeling. Post-Bac/Graduate GIS Certificate
The Post-Bac Geographic Information Science Certificate provides students with in-depth training in Geographic Information Science theory and techniques. Students will gain advanced skills in the development, management, analysis, and visualization of spatial data, with an emphasis on environmental applications. Coursework includes spatial analysis, geospatial data management, python programming, and cartography, with opportunities to design and complete original research projects and develop a professional portfolio. The certificate prepares students for careers as geospatial analysts and GIS technicians, and is a valuable complement to many professional fields.
