At Huxley College of the Environment, we are dedicated to educating future environmental experts and leaders who will take on today's environmental challenges: rapid population growth, climate change, natural habitat loss, energy production, natural hazard exposure, and other issues looming large in the early 21st century.
We believe these challenges demand capable problem-solvers steeped in both the social and ecological sciences--trained professionals who recognize that solutions to complex problems emerge from interdisciplinary research and collaborative frameworks.
Huxley's curriculum is divided into two departments: Environmental Sciences and Environmental Studies. To learn more about our departments and programs, we invite you to explore this website. Or, better yet, come meet us in person.
